When you submit an inquiry, request a planning PDF, or opt into our Christmas markets travel updates, we collect the contact details and travel preferences you provide. These may include your name, email address, optional phone number, destination, travel dates, traveler counts, budget range and notes. Christmas markets signups store an email address, optional first name, campaign identifier and opt-in timestamp in private server-side storage. We also collect form consent choices, submission times and referral or campaign parameters when available. Do not submit passport numbers, Social Security numbers or payment card information through the inquiry forms.
How We Use Your Information
We use this information to provide the requested guide, respond to travel inquiries, evaluate vacation-planning options, record requested Christmas markets updates, prevent misuse of our forms and understand which website resources generate inquiries. If you separately opt in, we may also email travel tips, future guides or offers when a delivery service is configured. Opting in to marketing is not required to request a guide or a quote, and you may withdraw that permission by contacting travel@magicnetwork.studio or using an unsubscribe option where provided.
